A really simple mobile app with push notifications for the managers would be of great use.
The existing slack integration to answer questions is awesome, UnderstandBetter would be even more awesome if we can receive appreciation cards through slack also :)

Pages like team listings and answer listings would be much more comfortable to use if I can have a pagination. I get bored to scroll all along the page's bottom.
The reports dashboard is beautiful. It would be a nice thing to let users download the reports as a PNG or PDF. Would help users attach them to an email or to a presentation.
